How do I set up inbound calls?

To set up inbound calls, you must first add a routing container. This establishes an inbound call route to your system's IP address. Additionally, you can also reject inbound calls based on the number of attempts in a given timeframe. To add a new routing container, you will need to provide a 4-digit ID and IP address/port number. Multiple IP addresses can be used for load-balancing purposes. Once saved, the routing container will appear in Smart Carrier drop-down menus.
