How do I set up Inbound SMS?

Utilizing the Smart Carrier SMS Dashboard provides an overview of Inbound and Outbound SMS performance. Inbound SMS messages are sent to an enabled phone number from customers or prospects. By navigating to the Dashboard, users can view Inbound SMS messages by state and wireless carrier. Wireless carriers are color-coded in a pie chart for easy identification of the number of messages. Additionally, date ranges and time ranges can be selected to view peak times of Inbound SMS messages.
