How to Login to your Smart Carrier Dashboard

In this video tutorial, we will discuss how to login to Smart Carrier. To login to your Smart Carrier Dashboard, you will need a username and password. Unless you have been provided with a Smart Carrier login directly from a Smart Carrier representative, the login will be the email address you used and password you created to submit the Smart Carrier Know Your Customer Form.

If you have not yet submitted your Know Your Customer form, you can do so by navigating to app.smartcarrier.io/register, or by selecting the ‘Don’t have an account’ link by navigating to app.smartcarrier.io, as shown. From here, you can begin the registration process, as shown.

Please note, after you have submitted your Know Your Customer form, you should receive an email confirmation that your application is currently being reviewed. This may be helpful if you do not recall what email account was used to create your Smart Carrier account.

If you do not recall what password you created to view and complete the Know Your Customer form, you can click the Forgot Password link, enter your email address, and click email password link, as shown.

When you are ready to login to Smart Carrier, you can do so by navigating to app.smartcarrier.io/login, and entering your email address and password, as shown. 

You have now successfully logged in to your Smart Carrier account.
